This was down at the town square a couple of months ago and the sculpture above whoever the man is recently was showing signs of cracking despite still being relatively not that old. I think it's now stabilized but at least it didn't fall on anyone. Looks like a good spot to sit though.

Not so sure I would sit there without examining the sculpture first.
Things are not built as how they were used to be

Nice street capture.
One must be careful.
We are back in NZ for a couple of weeks and touring around getting used to wide streets, low rise, open spaces and all that. Might even visit the Coast on a rapid dash round.... F
Interestingly furnished square
...quiet has become hard to find these days.
That's a great place to sit indeed.
I agree with Bill.
But it does look like a nice place to sit.
Hugs and blessings, Amy
Nice and quiet indeed. Great place to read the newspaper. Nice street candid!
For just a minute I thought you were saying that the man was showing signs of cracking even though he wasn't very old. (My eyes must be getting tired --it may be time for me to stop trying to catch up with all your lovely older posts that I have missed recently.)
