My daughter and I took her dog Bug out to visit a friend last week so she could have a playdate with their dog. On the way back we stopped at the local reserve to take photos of the Spring blossoms. It's hard to see but there were loads of Tuis in the trees eating the nectar from the flowers.

The trees look so pretty when they bloom.
Can't wait to spend my winter with your summer. Leaves continue falling here (western Canada).
Tuis seem to have gone mad around here. Acully and I were repeatedly straffed by a pair the other day. It was like they were so focussed on their dashing about that we were just a bit more foliage to dodge.
Always nice to see the first blossoms.
Fantastic view with that blossom.
Oh, it's your turn now to have the spring blossoms... While we are beginning to see the first leaves changing to autumn colours!
I love looking at your beautiful spring blossoms when it is autumn here.
