It's been a very busy week for us. Spring is here so more people are getting out and about. The days are getting longer and the morning are getting lighter. And I managed to watch one of the Rugby World Cup games this morning. Roll on Summer!

In summer I tend to stay indoor until sunset. The intense sun does us no good.

Sigh. I'm just lamenting the fact that Autumn has today arrived here in Scotland.
We have seen some of the rugby..and go down to England to watch the World Masters track cycling championships this coming week, in their original home of Manchester. Not sure when they will be back there again.
