So now we have a decent bench space with some of the new cupboards put together but it's probably going to take a few months to fully organize everything and we are still waiting for a few more items to be delivered.
I have this week off from work so once I get the normal amount of housework and cleaning done, I'm planning to rest and catch up on some crochet while it's raining outside.
Some Autumn planting of seeds has been done outside in the garden with some Hyssop, Soapwort and other seeds I bought online.

Wallpaper from the 1930s! That's quite a while. Reminds of a flat I lived in Wellington many years ago. It had so many layers of wallpaper, all peeling away,we reckoned the walls must have been kept up by the thickness of the wallpaper covering.
You must be enjoying the renovations, or maybe I should say the end results.

Old wallpapers are often very pretty and small pieces worthy of an artwork on their own (not so sure about living with a room full) but you notice how low quality the paper was - no plastic in the mix in those days. The only wallpaper we have ad to contend with in the last 20 years or so was that 'woodchip' textured stuff that looks like rice pudding. It must have been glued to the wall with gorilla glue because it was the devil to get off.
That is quite the challenge, good luck.
