Halloween really isn't that popular here but last year we had a few people knock at the front door trick or treating.
I'm wondering if this year it's more popular or the in the South Island. We will see...
In other news we have bought the house we put an offer on, move in date is 30th October. So exciting!

Woohoo!! Happy house moving!!
Halloween has grown in popularity here. It's quite huge in some suburbs of Sydney. And this house. Hehehe. Congratulations on the house. That is very exciting!
You'll be busy!
These cute skeletons are festive indeed
Congratulations to the new homeowners! Fun (and busy) times ahead. Better stock up on the Halloween candy just in case you have visitors. But get the kind you like to eat yourself just in case the trick or treaters don't show up..))))
Halloween is a bit too creepy for my taste. It seems the decorations and outfits have veered toward the macabre. These stop short of that, thankfully.

I wonder if those bones can dance?
Those skeletons are so cute! 💀
Happy House Moving, Amy!
A long distance house warming to you. Congratulations (and let the packing begin - again).
...without China, we could not decorate for Halloween.
Halloween is a great holiday here. I much prefer to Christmas. The weather is still pretty good, you don't have to buy people gifts, and nobody feels sorry for you if you can't make it home for Halloween.
It's the skeleton's time of year to hang out. :) Congrats on the buying of your house, happy moving.
Would like to have one of those sceletons in my man-cave (i.e. home).
Good luck with the new house and moving. New beginings are always nice.
Skeleton Henry says hi and big Yay to the house!!!!
