If you drive through New Zealand you will regularly see these on your travels. These are little pop up coffee carts that people set up and they are always popular - this one was located on the edge of Long Beach in Russell. I can't do without a good cup of coffee sometimes but it has to be a strong mixture that I put together.

I love them, and when they are practically on the beach...
