Swift

Photo taken on one of our recent lockdowns while I was walking along the main street - all the shops were closed so it was very eerily quiet, I should be use to it by now but I'm not yet.

Linking up with Skywatch Friday and Tom's Signs.

I remember when Poros was eerily without people, traffic, hustle and bustle. Very odd. Don't think it will happen again. We will live with whatever happens now and continue to walk and gather and drink coffee.
Hope those streets are busy again soon

The lockdowns here were eerily too. So quiet, no people, no cars for weeks. It seemed like we were living in a ghost town.

Even driving through a town with most of the shops closed makes me filled with sadness. It is like half the people have been transported into outer space and left all these empty places behind.

...it would be wonderful if things could swiftly get back to normal! Thanks Amy for stopping by.

The first lockdown was eerie. You could lie in the middle of a busy street- in normal times- and not see a vehicle for twenty minutes.

That eerie quietness is not something we should ever get used to. I hope.
