Classic car love

Every now and again when I'm at work the odd classic car pulls up in the carpark, over the last few weeks I've whipped my phone out and taken these 2 photos - I just love classic cars.

How unusual to see them in an ordinary car park.

I love classic cars in terms of the styling. I'd rather drive a modern car!!

You and F's brother. He's got sheds full of assorted classics and 'muscle' cars, but as he gets older has realized life (or his life anyway) needs more in it than the constant job of caring for them.

...the Cadillac convertible is what we call a "big boat!" And the Chevy has a classic Two Tone paint job! Thanks Amy for sharing these Hot Wheels.

Those are big old cars. They must stand out on the roads. Lovely to see them in your carpark

Love those cars, too! We have two "around the corner", in the open, I always think it´s crazy to let them face the weather ... and people, but especially the latter leave them alone, which I love, as trust gets rewarded.

I´d also love a kiwi-box, but I just looked it up - thanks to Covid New Zealand has code orange to us which means it might be possible if I send something to you it might come back to me as your country accepts no parcels or only with huge delay from Germany... Maybe that goes the other way round, too? I love your offer, though! But please check before. I´d sure like to give you my address, via e-mail or FB-chat (is that safe? Is anything safe, LOL...)
I have one parcel sitting here since November for Perth... code orange...

Facebook... it´s a tad crazy.
When Ingo was severly sick an online friend from the US from the health sector helped me big, she also opened a FB account for me, without asking. So not give away my data she chose my surname in English. I find too many "Amies" in New Zealand, so I simply give you my odd link here, and you contact me OK?

They are a sight to see. I had no idea how many of them are in NZ until I saw my first Americarna (https://americarna.com/ ) tour. It's only in Taranaki, but might be a reason to plan a visit!!

I'm happy to see you at 'My Corner of the World' this week! Thanks for linking up.
