Tauranga please cool down!

Now is the time when I say I can't wait for it to cool down, Summer seems to be going forever and in case you think I'm griping and complaining, just let me say I am really not a fan of the heat. This shot of Pilot Bay reiterates that I can't wait to move out here away from the suburbs and near the beach...sand, salty air, hearing the waves at night - awesome!

I do however have some good news to share.....I started a new job last week back in dentistry working as a dental assistant, that means I help the dentist out, keep the patients happy and calm and do all the behind the scenes stuff that is part of the job. Something to do with a bit more income had a bit to do with it. Let's just say for the first couple of days my feet were very very sore and I was shattered when I got home at night but now I'm slowly starting to get use to it again :-)

Hope you're having a fab weekend!

Lovely photo of the bay and I hope it cools down a bit soon.
Congrats on your new job. I am sure your will find it satisfying - as soon as your feet and legs get used to standing all day!!

Congrats on the new job ( I think)... It has to be hard after being off for a while. I'd love to live right on the ocean too ... But real estate tends to be a bit expensive in those places (and I'm too old and too spoiled to be a FullTime beach bum!)

I'll trade your weather for mine in a heartbeat - We are going down to -1°F tonight! Pilot Bay looks like a beautiful place to live. Congratulations on your new job!
