Stunning Picton Wharf on a late winter's day
Last Friday morning we were on a mission to drive to Nelson in the South Island of New Zealand. From where we are it is a 6 1/2 hour drive to Wellington, then another 2 hours on the Interislander ferry then another 2 hours to our destination.
After a busy weekend while on the ferry back to Wellington this is the sight we saw of Picton - I think it's a perfect example of how stunning our scenery here is.

That is a stunning photo. I don't remember Picton being this beautiful when we passed through. The lighting is really interesting.
That's quite a long trip; the 2 hour ferry ride must have been a nice break. Wow, what a destination! Gorgeous!
It's stunning indeed! Love it when water look still on a cloudy day. It's pretty calm.
Yes, extremely lovely!
Great photo of Picton. The harbor looks like a very busy place. Definitely beautiful scenery.

the rocky part of NZ. Beautiful but wet. At least when I visited :)

Wow, that looks stunning. It actually looks like something that's been painted :)
Captivating scene; the lighting and clouds definitely set a somber mood against the greenery and water.
