This is one of our favourite shops in town. It's like a larger version of a $2 or gold coin shop where you can find items a lot cheaper than most places sell them for. A favourite thing for me to buy in here is usually incense - I like to try new kinds once in a while.
Linking up with Skywatch Friday and Tom's Signs.

Looks reminiscent of rural town vibe
At first I thought you meant that guy was a giant then I saw the sign. :)
There are variations on that here too.
Love stores like this. What scents do you enjoy? Today, I got a wax melt from Aldi. Almond. Will try it tomorrow.
Oh for a Ginat around here. I too would love to browse in there
...the savings are GIANT?
We guess that is like 'poundland' here. Very little can be bought for merely a pound but it turns out to be a good source of cheap plant pots for tomatoes in the greenhouse.
It's great to have places like this to shop.
Bargain stores can be fun, and it always feels good to pay less!
Huge store.
Awesome street photography! 👍 First time I see higher building in your photos. Make a change.
Great shot. So typical of an every day sight in a NZ rural town.
I'm not familiar with a gold coin shop. We have dollar stores, which sell all sorts of things, so it may be like that. I hope The Giant lives up to its name with giant selections or giant savings!
A gold coin shop is new to my ears.
