This week we've had a king tide and a supermoon, sadly where I live it's mostly cloudy and overcast at night despite the lovely blue skies and hot Summer weather. This morning I had to dodge the waves a few times as the tide came up to my feet but these surfers will no doubt enjoy it.

This week's Spring king tide
This week we've had a king tide and a supermoon, sadly where I live it's mostly cloudy and overcast at night despite the lovely blue skies and hot Summer weather. This morning I had to dodge the waves a few times as the tide came up to my feet but these surfers will no doubt enjoy it.

Nice beach scene, surfs up!
The sea looks inviting-if you're a surfer.
Great photo and the beach and surf look perfect. Enjoy it!!
It sure is hot but I am not complaining!
Thought I might have seen a few surfing photos but it looks an nice place to be
If I was younger I would love to learn this :) I have tried it once, so much fun :)
I just read an article about the king tides in California. It didn't occur to me that they would also be affecting the southern hemisphere too. What a great photo. It makes me want to take a walk on the beach.
The supermoon was awesome in Auckland. We had clear skies. That looks like a good surfing beach.
The water certainly looks inviting.
