Open for coffee

A cold winter's day about a month ago in Okaihau where I had time to kill so I parked on the side of the road in the main street watching what little sights were going on. This is a town where the most exciting thing that happens is a tractor driving through.

The first and only thing I really wanted when we came out of our first lockdown was good coffee. I've eaten inside that place with the coffee sign, the coffee was not good. I know exactly where I'll be headed this time round.

I just can't seem to get enough of New Zealand these days, so it was nice to discover your blog. Too bad I can only enjoy the vicariously, but I really appreciate your perspective.
