SUP boarding anyone?
One thing I like to do each day is walk for between 30 minutes and 1 hour. This particular day, one of the few mornings we've had here where the Sun has come out was one where I walked further than I usually do down to one of our local bridges where I saw 2 people paddle boarding through the estuary. Water was still, sun was out, what more can you ask for in a Spring day?
Linking up with Skywatch Friday.

He had the whole place to himself. Great shot, Amy!
That's something we have here too, though time is now running short for it this year.
I take a SUP class at a pool where the board is tethered at the ends. It is an excellent workout. I tried it once on open water this past summer and it took a little to get used to the front back balance thing. Great workout.
Excellent photo.
Looks so good.
Something I have never tried but I do walk when I get a chance between projects around the house
Well done on the daily walking Amy, such a good way to start or end the day. I bet it's not as easy as it looks the stand up paddle boarding, excellent for the core muscles though 😊
Paddle boarding looks like a fun thing to do on the water. I've seen my kids do it with varying degrees of success.
Great picture ... would love to have that kind of strength and agility!
Beautiful capture.
Best regards!
