So much has happened to us over the last 5 years. Different memories have been coming up on my Facebook page. I moved from Northland to Tauranga in 2015, then we moved to Kerikeri in 2018, then to Mangawhai in 2019, then back to Kerikeri in 2020. Covid and lockdown happened, I had no job, no money coming in, no nothing. Then 2 years ago we moved to Greymouth for the purpose of buying a house. Alot of changes have happened to us, hopefully we don't have to move again for quite some time.

Hopefully now you can settle in and enjoy your life without thinking about moving.
I hope you can enjoy your life for a little while. When I was a kid we moved all over the place and then when I graduated from college I lived a bunch of places, got married, and then corporate restructures and buyouts started along with a bunch of moves. Finally found a stable situation in the year 2000 and haven't moved since. I would rather take a beating than move again.
So this is what the town would look like. I took the tranzalpine train to Arthur Pass for a tourist trip. Greymouth was the end of the line.
Moving all the time can be such a pain. Here's hoping you settle for a while or more.
That where a lot of moves. Hope you are a bit settled now.
That is a lot of change in such a short period of time.
...I'm too old to move now, I like it where we are!
You have used up all your 'moves' and trust you can settle down.
I visited you via Skywatch Friday. My entry is #8+9

Hoping life has fewer changes for you.
Moving is a major task, helluva lot to do. I moved recently and ain´t gonna move anytime soon for sure.
Wishing you well.
Wishing you all the best.
Worth a Thousand Words
I can completely relate to the whirlwind of constant moving.
I hope you find stability and a place to call home in Greymouth.
Best wishes for a peaceful and settled future, Amy!
I get such reminders and flashbacks from FB as well, and also from looking back on my blog. I'd recently moved when I started blogging though and have not had to move again since.
That's a lot of change Amy -- I've always admired how you seem to roll with the punches and still seem to smile and appreciate the interesting things you see no matter what all is going on.
