VTNZ

Another quiet street photo - this one taken last Winter early one morning when I was in town so not many people about. VTNZ on the left is one of the franchise offices throughout the country where people can get a warrant of fitness for their vehicles or have appointments for driving tests.

Linking up with Weekend Reflections and the Weekend Roundup.

VTNZ, "Vehicle Safety in New Zealand". That's what google says, but it didn't talk about the "T". Dunno.
In Texas we have Vehicle Safty Inspection facilities which work with the licensing places. We are doing away with that in September but an emissions test is still mandatory in the larger population centers, we are in Houston's, the largest so we are subject to being tested. Car dealer repair shops, auto repair shops, and some gasoline stations are equipped to test auto emission.
Two of my cars, "Antique" Ford Mustangs, are exempt.

Very nice quiet street with the bush-clad hill at the end of it.
