One of the many signs around Greymouth - this one next to the railway station advertises car rentals. I can't remember the name we used when we first visited in January last year before we moved down but it was way cheaper than these probably are.
Linking up with Weekend reflections and the Weekend roundup.

Hertz is a car rental company I used to rely on for locum work around the country
Hertz is everywhere in major cities. Ace makes me think of Ace Hardware, they use to have lots of ads during sport events in the US.
They're here too.
It's the open space and low rise behind the sign that I find easy on the eye - relaxed looking.
65% you meet stupid Germans in these cars in Australia.
We always hid we are Germans, too... buhuuu...
...some brand have become global.
Hertz is usually pretty expensive.
We don't have many ground signs in the US, most are suspended from steel poles high along the roads and streets. Or from large "billboards" on the ground out in the fields. Most towns don't allow them.
I noticed your painted "Chorus utility boxes", we have none of those as our utility boxes are in backyards near the property lines.
Thanks for peeking in on me. I just remembered, our across the street folk are moving back to Melbourne, Aus soon, before school is out, perhaps April, could be March as their house is sold. We won't come your way again to see them ever again. We live near Katy, Texas, Cinco Ranch suburb, 77494.
