I spotted this mural in Christchurch Airport earlier this year. Situated against a wall in the cafe it talks about how coffee and different types of coffee throughout New Zealand is so necessary. I quite agree.

This has been one of the early buildings in Westport from the 1870s that is still being used for the local newspaper, so much old Victoria...

We always comment that NZ would grind (groan!) to a halt without real coffee!!
Even the smallest dairy has a barista machine...and knows how to use it!!
What a pleasant-looking airport. Not my usual experience.

...a nice addition to the cafe.
It is a meaningful mural. I know this mural can make people busy reading all the words.
Thanks for sharing and have a great day!
I love murals like this. So hyperlocal.
Owwww. Autumn. Wish I could have a new banner showing Spring, but... 1C right now.
Nice scene of an airport, I only know the hectical ones...
Nice to know a decent coffee culture has developed in the last 3-4 decades. It was always 'tea-rooms' when we were kids.
Yes to good coffee!! We had our first in months last week on the waterfront and did some people watching ☺️☺️☺️
Not a coffee drinker, but I still like the coffee mural :)
Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Amy.
It's almost always coffee time for me!
