New dog friends...

Despite us having an overcast sun showery day today we still got out for our weekly beach walk. Wasn't too cold and the tide was out but I did get a couple of happy excited inquisitive dogs come up to us to say hi. The one in the distance had a big stick in his mouth he was trying to drag across the sand....

Great photo, the texture of the broad flat beach against the island and the sky makes for a great composition.

Dogs just love to find big sticks to carry around. My friends dog would chew on stick till there wasn't much left of it.

I am a cat person, but I love watching dogs frolic in the ocean.

Looks like a dog's life. They probably like the wide open beach.

Nothing says happy as much as a dog on the beach! They all really seem to love it.
