I couldn't resist taking this snapshot of a section of Wellington Wharf on Friday afternoon, this was at the beginning of our trip to Nelson. The Interislander Ferry normally docks around the corner here and shortly after this image was clicked some workmen came along and started working on some of the piers. Such an overcast mild Winter's day but I really liked in particular the reflection on the water, so calm and quiet :-)

It looks like a winter day, great B&W shot! Enjoy your day!
Wellington looks great in black and white. Fantastic shot.
Beautiful picture. Looks like the perfect weather to explore the dock - not too hot or too cold. I love the harbor.
Very interesting photo with the reflections in the water so very dark and the rest of the water reflecting so much light.
the shades of grey suits this image. I like it!
Great photgraph of the wharf building in Wellington.
Let's give it a serious consideration: "When did I visit Wellington the last time...???"
Errr...
Never! I was never in Wellington before...
..and that the reason why: Wellington is only 25.000 kilometers / 15.000 miles away from my hometown!
Sleep well - we are right after Friday noon and the summer sun is shining! ;-)

Uwe.
