Op shopping in Reefton

We were in Reefton after our trip to the Lower Buller Gorge last week. It's one of those old gold mining towns that was hugely population in the Victorian era. On our way home we stopped into one of the op shops in the town - the others we've visited have had some cool vintage stuff in them, expensive but cool. This one was ok, nothing to right home about so we didn't end up buying anything.

Roaring into Halloween

R (my daughter) and I were in Paihia yesterday for our normal Friday mother and daughter day out. We popped into one of our favourite local op shops.

We admired their Halloween mannequins out the front of the shop along with bean bags for sale.

The shop is located down an alleyway with other various shops such as bars, restaurants and clothing outlets.

We particularly liked this one especially because of the retro rainbow chairs that were also for sale.

Secondhand Rose

Another one from Kohukohu. I just love second hand shops and spotted this one along the main street deciding to have a look inside. Usually I always come out with something but this one didn't have anything I was interested in.
