This week has been pretty full for me. I've ended up giving notice at the garden centre that I work weekends in. I've been working since I was 16 when I left high school and most of the jobs I've held have required me to work either a Saturday or a Sunday or both so I'd kind of like to see what having weekends off is like. I've decided to instead work 4 days during the week with my support work Tuesday to Friday instead which will mean a bit more money too. But I'm ready for change.

I like this view.
Good luck with the new vocation. I too have worked since i was 16. Although on call for weekends the last 20 or so years i have seldom had to give up much more than a few hours of any weekend. It does get wearing though doesn't it, never completely switching off from work.
Getting a weekend back! You won't know what's hit you!
I know, right but I'm looking forward to it.
It's not a new vocation, I've been working 2 part time jobs for the last year or so but I'll be doing the support work full time so I'm looking forward to it :-)
Best of luck with going full-time in support work. Seems that a lot of people are crying out for help these days - I know a woman who does it part-time and she is always busy.
...SWEET STREET SCENE, there are SO brands that are international. Amy, enjoy a SPECIAL weekend.
I was excited just seeing that NZ Dairy. No Hairy Mclarey though.
Good luck with your new routine
Good luck in your new support work.
I like your street scene, I hope their transaction is okay. I've visited Aukland, spent a day there. It is a nice town.
When I was 19 I had three jobs, full time in a factory, part time parking cars, and another on Saturday nights stuffing inserts into the Sunday news papers.
..
Good street scene. Stay safe and have a great week ahead
Like the pic, guess, it warmed up!! Short clothes here soon, too!
We were lucky. Never had to work on weekends, neither Hubby, nor I.
Dunno about NZ but here everything apart from restaurants and some bakeries Sundays is closed. So you really - dumb as it is - have a real "time-out".
