Blowing gales at Tauranga Marina

Typical Spring weather here - first rain, now it's been blowing a gale - all sent over from Australia.

Despite the finicky temperatures I still managed to capture this shot at the Tauranga Marina yesterday on the way home from work. This is one of my favourite places to stop and take photos at - there's something about water that's so peaceful and calming :-)

It never ceases to amaze me that New Zealand is beautiful even in the storms.
