Our world Tuesday - stunning views of Queenstown
Last July the teens, my family and I were blessed enough to visit Queenstown in the South Island of NZ for 3 days. We don't get snow where we live up in Northland so this was a real treat for us. One of the things we got to try was sitting in the gondola and being pulled up the side of a very very high mountain. I'm usually terrified of heights but this was well worth it.
And this is the stunning scenery we saw once we reached the top. Awesome isn't it? We're looking forward to our next trip there again sometime.

Great photos of a very beautiful place.
Definitely stunning views...but i would have to look from solid ground. I would take lots of pics of the cable car though:) Did you go on the cable car???
Stunning indeed!
Beautiful photos!
hi, yes I did go in the cable car/gondola, I was scared but I forced myself to do it, glad I did :-)
A gondola ride up the side of a very high mountain would be a thrill to me. Love the scenery below.
OMG this is how it looks like in those months. We were here in Dec, actually took also that Skyline, but landscape is mostly green.
