End of the week

Since we voted last week in our general elections we heard on the news tonight that more than 585,000 had voted early as of today, we still have another week to go.

After 3 weeks of working on this large crochet blanket I finally finished it for my daughter to use, apparently the cat has claimed it.

This Wisteria blew me away at a client's property I visit each week - the vibrant purple colour is amazing.

Another one of my roses is flowering - this one is named "My dad" and the scent is lovely. Hope your week has been just as good.

  1. The wisteria is gorgeous.
    May the best woman win!

  2. I've not voted yet. Planning on doing it this coming week.
    Love that wisteria and rose.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend :)

  3. Over ten percent of the population, not just of voters! Good that you can vote early in this way, when it fits in with life. The only way we can do that is by post or online, otherwise it's on the day and generally schools are used as voting places..and it's always on a Thursday, so disrupts school and work.
We love that rose.. pirate's favourite rose colour.
That's an amount of work in that blanket!!

  4. Love both the wisteria and the rose.

  5. Mmmmmmmm blankie. I, the Tigger, could really knead that into a comfy nest. F loves your flowers (both). Xxx MrT
