Ceramic macro butterfly and old corrugated iron shed at Omanawa Falls

As part of Macro Monday this week I'm sharing this tiny ceramic and glass butterfly we spotted on top of a gravestone at Whakatane Hill Cemetery.

And this one which is part of a series we took out at Omanawa Falls yesterday. The walk from the road down along the bush track was so scenic and full of NZ native plants and trees, this old corrugated iron shed was empty and unused, not sure if it is stored for anything. Linking up with Our World Tuesday. Have a great week :-)

  1. The little ceramic butterfly is sweet. And a lovely rugged, old shed tucked into the greens.

  2. I love both macros . The butterfly makes me want to know more about the person it is in memory of.
