So I know alot of you in the Northern Hemisphere are going through winter right now, for us we have opposite seasons so it's very hot, very sunny and so far a lovely summer - check out these photos I took yesterday:
Me with my youngest son and his friend sitting on the sand. Just as well we had our jandals on, the sand was boiling hot.
Pohutukawa trees line almost everywhere at this time of year - they are NZ's Christmas tree and the bright vibrant red flowers stand out so well.
One of the volunteer lifeguards here taking the boat out for a spin over the waves. These guys do a fab job that they really should be paid for the work the do.
Hope you enjoyed these shots. For more Our World Tuesdays click here :-)
